LaoPHA aspires to a Laos where all key populations, hard to reach groups
and people living with diseases have equal access to quality of
universal health services and can fully express their gender and sexual
orientation to achieve sustainable development in all aspects of their health
rights and wellbeing.

We work to strengthen community advocacy and communty led
systems towards effective sustainable development and Universal Health
Coverage Response for key populations, hard to reach groups and people living
with diseases, Inclusive of Health, Nutrition, Right and Gender
Responses.
