Training & Facilitation Skills – Blended learning Become a highly competent trainer/ facilitator   Why this course? Most professionals in development will be required to conduct training sooner or later. Transferring skills and knowledge in an effective and lasting manner is valuable and rewarding. Learn from us, practice with us, professional and seasoned trainers, and get our tips and tricks in designing and delivering impactful training programmes. Build your self-confidence and become creative in the use of a variety of learning methods.   Blended learning In this course, we offer you a blended learning trajectory, combining online learning and faceto-face training. During the first three weeks of the course, starting on 27 July, you learn through the online learning platform. This online portion takes approximately 2 – 4 hours per week and is compulsory. The face-to-face part comprises 4 days in Yangon, Myanmar.   Course objectives By the end of this course, you will:

  • Can design and deliver attractive and interactive learning sessions
  • Have put your facilitation skills in practice in a safe environment
  • Know yourself better and have received feedback from your peers and trainers
